Can I download my statement detail to accounting software?
Yes - Cornerstone's internet banking application allows downloads to Quicken, and possibly to other software applications as well. Log in to internet banking and choose the green account summary tab and then statements. Within e-statements there are hyperlinks and instructions to download your statement detail into spreadsheet format. Please call Customer Service during regular business hours for additional help with this feature.
Can I transfer money from one account to the other on internet banking?
Yes. Internet Banking and Mobile Banking allow transfers between accounts. Just be sure to have your accounts set up in Internet Banking. Transfers among your accounts can also be done on Telephone Banking. Dial 864-306-6244 for Telephone Banking.
Do you offer online banking and bill pay so I can transfer money?
Cornerstone does offer online banking and bill pay. You can transfer money among your Cornerstone accounts or set up bill pay to pay bills online. You can use our Mobile Banking Apps to check balances, transfer funds, or pay bills as long as your vendors have been set up in Internet Banking!
How many locations do we have?
Cornerstone has three full-service branches with ATMs. Find us at 1670 East Main Street in Easley, 45 Farrs Bridge Road in Greenville, or 11000 Anderson Road in Powdersville. We also have 24-hour Telephone Banking, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking to serve you wherever your busy day takes you.
I am already signed up for Mobile Banking, but I purchased a new phone or lost my old phone. How do I update my account or turn off Mobile Banking?
Simply log on at a desk top computer and click the link to Mobile Banking that appears in the Account Summary in the left sidebar. You may edit your account preferences within Mobile Banking. I am heading out of the country on a trip, and I need international currency. Can Cornerstone help me with that?
Cornerstone can help you with international currencies. Just stop by to see a Cornerstone Customer Service Representative to order foreign currency or give us a call. We can help with obtaining currency and returning it if you come home with foreign currency you want to convert back to US Dollars.
I have a child going to college. What products does Cornerstone have that can help us with the transition?
Cornerstone has education IRAs that can help you save towards college. We also have gift cards that can help you send money when your student needs it, or free checking accounts that your college student can access with a debit card. You can both be on the account so you can add funds via mobile banking, even if your college student calls you at midnight! Additionally we have Health Savings Accounts that can help you and your student manage and pay for out of pocket medical costs when paired with a High Deductible Health Insurance Plan. I want to sign up for Mobile Banking on my smart phone or tablet. How do I do that?
Cornerstone customers who use Internet Banking can sign up for mobile within Internet Banking. Simply log on at a desk top computer and click the link to Mobile Banking that appears in the Account Summary in the left sidebar. Follow the prompts to activate accounts for mobile banking and then proceeding into the Mobile Banking set up by clicking Continue. A Cornerstone Customer Service Representative can help you at any time during business hours. Call or come by any time.
If you are not currently an Internet Banking user, come by one of our conveniently located branches and ask a Customer Service Representative to help you access Internet Banking. Mobile Banking is just a few clicks after that!
I would like to invest in something other than certificates of deposit. Does Cornerstone offer investments?
Cornerstone can help with investing, too. Cornerstone has an investment advisor who can help you with products other than FDIC insured deposits, including mutual funds, stocks, bonds, life insurance and other products. Is internet/ mobile banking safe?
Yes. Cornerstone’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking platforms are state of the art in terms of security by using several methods to ensure that only you access your accounts. However, practicing good security habits can add another layer of security.
My debit card is lost or has been stolen. Who do I call to have it disabled and order a new one?
During business hours, please call a customer service representative at one of our branches. We will guide you through the process. Our Easley headquarters can be reached at 864-306-1444. Greenville can be reached at 864-294-9711 and Powdersville can be reached at 864-331-2880. After hours and on weekends, you can receive faster service by calling (800) 500-1044. Someone is available to assist you 24x7.
What are the daily limits on withdrawals from the ATM and debit cards?
The standard daily limit for ATM withdrawals is $300.00 and the standard daily limit for debit cards is $1,000.00. Limits on ATM withdrawals and standard daily debit maximum limits are in place to protect our customers in the case of lost or stolen ATM/debit cards. Call or stop by to see one of our Customer Service Representatives if you have withdrawal needs in excess of the standard daily limits.
What is the minimum balance I have to keep in my account?
None of our accounts require an absolute minimum balance (after initial account opening). However, in order to avoid service charges or to earn interest some accounts do have a minimum. Go to our Personal or Business products tab and check the requirements specific to your account type, or call one of our Customer Service Representatives during business hours, and we will be happy to help you will all of your minimum balance questions.
